Respect every plan's decision of your co-worker after their professional career

In the typical decision that you've been working, there are a lot issue where being tag that could be shameful on your professional career that no one will affected. But in the team project that each member doesn't know the meaning of respect on you work that could be sound BAD in the eyes not just with the company but also with your co-workers. A sign of unprofessional and couldn't focus on what your doing might inside the workplace. Some members of the team doesn't have the awareness that hey! these is an agreement that a project should be confidential, every break-time and before you go home talked about the project that you handling that quite awful and irritated to be with them because it is not appreciated to talk in a typical workplace unlike the former colleagues that we usually talked about the travel, food,sports and photography that is common and very interesting to share with your co-workers. Joining in the communities(e.g: running, blogging and etc..) that could build up more friends further that will ease the stress activity with your co-workers, that could be appreciated also to your company that will not question you further. These will imitate the usual work-balance lifestyle that all of us wanted more. It's hard to earn the trust and respect within your co-worker, if you are newbie, manage yourself to limit your actions within in a typical  workplace. For doing tough Support tasks that it might cause also on your health and time to have take good care of one your family members that needed a attention from us without any consideration from your co-workers. Seeing how they worked with many discrepancy on their daily tasks from their members with many thoughts by themselves.  Just a reminder: Learned to be more have understanding and respect on your members that will keep you on going. It gives more appreciated for your co-worker not to talk about that could be offensive on their end.
