Hmmm! I have seen most of the years doing and providing solution for the industry finest here at present. On the system development that I've seen for most of the years had that most of the men developers where not (not all Men Developers does) as dedicated to accomplished projects than the women can bring project miles on their handling that make it to success on one group. A team that works either one of your members are men and women, but as long on their contribution and acknowledge within the organization that a professional you've been working with.
