"Even you are newbie in your group still you have to earn their trust to work a long with them is important, that's the key to stay a long with them" A key for a better working environment is keeping them trusted on you to be part of their team to boost their confidence of a newbie teammate on all the projects that are aligned to him/her. In reality, there are close-minded people when I usually talked too, but still it's a challenge for me to surpass it. Life can be more challenging if we don't try our best to solve our problems to we've encounter present. Some said that this could be difficult for me but I have to find ways to fight for it, though there are struggles but you have to keep your faith strong to him as always no matter what a feng shui said about your future, is still in your direction. Having strong faith to God asking his help for you that he will guide you all the way. Once, I have surpass that having my strong faith with onto my work at present when my father had a dementia, it all going down, most of my family members suffer and my work also. Then I watch some of the informative and religious show on the television just to keep my confidence up. I have learned that no. 1 priority will be God even in the Facebook, they posted that Jesus is their no.1 priority. Now my lesson for me is to strengthen my faith to Jesus Christ and put him as no.1 priority in my daily work as always. Knowing your real friends are that whom you really understand to and learn how to respect you as a person, co-worker or as individual.
